- • As an Account Executive in the Retail segment at Alan, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence among food distribution, fashion, e-commerce, luxury, and bricolage businesses in France, helping transform how employers view health benefits from a cost center to a strategic asset.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, stakeholder onboarding, and deal closure—engaging with HR executives to CEOs in companies of 20–600 employees, with an average deal size of 150K€ ARR and a 6-month sales cycle.
- • You will join a passionate, 10-person Retail team within Alan’s fast-growing sales organization, contributing to a mission-driven culture rooted in long-term thinking, distributed ownership, radical transparency, and continuous growth.
- • You will develop expertise in consultative selling using Alan’s proprietary 'Smart & Soft' methodology, deepen your understanding of recurring revenue models, and have the opportunity to influence product and strategy through frontline customer insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, with strong emphasis on prospecting
- • Fluent in French (C2 level or higher) and advanced proficiency in English
- • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France
