  • • Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through closing deals for IN2 Solutions’ IT services and AI offerings
  • • Develop and execute outbound strategies that consistently generate 3–5 qualified conversations per week
  • • Lead all stages of the sales process including outreach, qualification, discovery calls, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing
  • • Build and refine sales funnels and methodologies specifically tailored to IN2 Solutions’ technology-driven service offerings
  • • Manage inbound sales opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on proactive outbound prospecting
  • • Collaborate directly with the founder to improve sales processes, messaging, and overall market positioning
  • • Track and analyze pipeline health, activity metrics, and conversion rates to inform continuous improvement
  • • Serve as a strategic partner in scaling the sales function by implementing structured, repeatable systems
  • • Maintain high standards of English communication in all client-facing interactions, including calls, emails, and presentations
  • • Operate with autonomy and ownership, taking initiative to identify gaps and opportunities without requiring direction
  • • Contribute to shaping the sales culture by embodying a passion for sales as a craft, not just quota attainment
  • • Align daily activities with company goals by prioritizing relationship-building over short-term transactions
  • • Ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline discipline across all active opportunities
  • • Adapt sales approaches based on feedback from leadership and evolving market dynamics
  • • Demonstrate ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy environment while remaining aligned with US Mountain Time business hours
  • • Leverage experience in B2B sales to identify ideal customer profiles and tailor value propositions effectively
  • • Provide actionable insights into customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and sales funnel bottlenecks
  • • Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation to support reporting and forecasting
  • • Balance high-volume activity with high-touch engagement to ensure quality interactions across the pipeline
  • • Contribute to the evolution of sales collateral, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling techniques
  • • Proactively identify and pursue new market segments or verticals that align with IN2 Solutions’ service portfolio
  • • Participate in strategic discussions about product-market fit and sales scalability alongside the founder
  • • Uphold accountability for meeting weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals
  • • Remain agile and responsive to shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
  • • Maintain a disciplined schedule that fully overlaps with US Mountain Time business hours to ensure real-time collaboration

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
  • • Strong experience independently managing sales pipelines end-to-end
  • • Background in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • • Experience building or improving sales processes and methodologies
  • • Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability
