- • The Account Executive, Fundraising Experiences role at Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC is critical to advancing the company’s mission of increasing charitable giving from 2% to 3% of US GDP by 2033 by acquiring new nonprofit and corporate customers through consultative sales of OneCause solutions.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive manages the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and discovery meetings to solution alignment, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals—while leveraging AI tools, Salesforce, and other sales technologies to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and improve efficiency.
- • Bonterra serves over 20,000 customers, including 16,000+ nonprofits and 50% of Fortune 100 companies, offering end-to-end fundraising and donor engagement solutions that empower mission-driven organizations to maximize their impact.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in nonprofit fundraising challenges, refine consultative selling techniques, master sales technology stacks, and contribute directly to revenue growth and organizational impact while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience managing a full sales cycle from discovery through close
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting
- • Ability to document and forecast pipeline accurately using a CRM such as Salesforce
- • Familiarity with fundraising practices in nonprofit organizations
