As an Account Executive – Growth, you will play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the go-to-market strategy for LiveFlow’s groundbreaking AI ERP. This is a unique opportunity to operate in a true 0 → 1 environment, contributing significantly to the foundational stages of a new product.
  • You will be one of the initial sales team members, working directly alongside the founders, product managers, and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional sales; you will actively participate in defining the product's market positioning, identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with potential clients. This collaborative approach ensures that early market feedback directly influences product development and sales strategy.
  • The core of your role will involve owning the entire sales cycle for LiveFlow’s AI ERP. This encompasses everything from initiating the first contact with prospects to successfully closing deals. You will be instrumental in understanding the nuanced pain points and operational workflows of potential customers through in-depth discovery calls. This deep understanding will enable you to tailor solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI ERP.
  • A significant aspect of this position is the opportunity to experiment and innovate. You will have the autonomy to test and refine pricing models, deal structures, and the overall sales motion for deals typically ranging from $30,000 to $60,000. This hands-on experimentation is crucial for developing a repeatable and scalable sales process.
  • Your close collaboration with founders and the product team will provide invaluable insights. By channeling real-time customer feedback and market observations, you will directly influence the product roadmap, ensuring that LiveFlow’s offerings continuously meet and exceed market demands. This feedback loop is essential for agile product development and market fit.
  • You will be tasked with bringing order to a dynamic and evolving market landscape. This involves meticulously documenting your learnings, identifying best practices, and contributing to the formalization of the early sales processes. Your ability to translate ambiguity into actionable strategies will be key to building momentum and establishing a robust sales foundation.
  • A primary objective is to secure early lighthouse customers. These foundational clients will not only validate the product’s market potential but also serve as crucial references and case studies, building credibility and driving further adoption. Your success in closing these initial deals will be instrumental in propelling the product towards a successful broader launch.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup or in a highly unstructured, ambiguous environment.
  • Proven ability to sell a product that is in a state of continuous evolution and development.
  • Demonstrated comfort and success in ambiguous situations, with a proactive approach to taking action without complete information.
  • Deep curiosity, excellent questioning skills, and a strong growth mindset.
  • High degree of ownership, a fast-paced work ethic, and a bias towards learning through practical application.
  • Enthusiasm for defining and shaping a product's go-to-market strategy rather than solely executing a pre-defined sales playbook.
