  • • As an Account Executive (GTME - High Velocity) at Clay Labs Inc., you will drive revenue growth by selling Clay’s go-to-market platform to hundreds of SMB and mid-market customers each quarter, helping them integrate Clay into their sales and marketing stacks and become power users.
  • • You will own and close high-volume deals end-to-end, run fast yet consultative sales cycles, provide technical guidance during the sales process, collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into feature improvements, and continuously develop your consultative selling skills while staying at the forefront of emerging sales technologies.
  • • Clay is a fast-growing AI-powered GTM platform backed by Sequoia, CapitalG, and First Round, with over $100M in revenue and a $5B valuation, serving innovative companies like Anthropic, Notion, Google, and Ramp.   • • In this role, you will become a product expert, learn how top GTM teams in tech operate, build elite selling skills, and position yourself for rapid career growth — including opportunities to lead segments, manage teams, or transition into other roles across the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in GTM-related functions such as sales, RevOps, growth, marketing, or technical roles including product, solutions, or sales engineering
  • • Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable GTM tools that enable data-driven go-to-market strategies
  • • Strong business acumen to quickly grasp a prospect’s GTM motion and identify where Clay delivers measurable value
  • • Creative and resourceful mindset with a bias toward experimentation and innovative use of AI tools in daily work
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • • Persistent curiosity and a passion for learning something new every day
