- • In this crucial role as an Account Executive for Hamburg, you will be instrumental in the further expansion of the Saltz.App Marketplace. Your primary focus will be to grow our community of partners by introducing the platform to Hamburg's most dynamic and forward-thinking kitchens. This includes a diverse range of establishments, from charming neighbourhood lunch spots and casual dining concepts to prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, innovative chef-driven venues, and busy event caterers.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass building and nurturing long-term, high-trust partnerships with key decision-makers, including chefs, kitchen managers, and restaurant owners. You will be the face of Saltz in the Hamburg culinary scene, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- • A significant part of your role will involve converting qualified leads into active partners. This will require you to conduct compelling on-site demonstrations of the Saltz platform, showcasing its unique value proposition and ease of use. You will guide new partners seamlessly through their initial ordering process, ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding experience.
- • To drive growth, you will actively work to increase Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and overall account value. This involves a proactive approach to understanding each partner's unique needs, analyzing their kitchen operations, and recommending specific products from our extensive catalogue that can enhance their menus and profitability.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in customer retention by identifying opportunities to reactivate churned customers, understanding the reasons for their departure, and re-engaging them with tailored solutions and new offerings.
- • Leveraging your deep knowledge of our diverse catalogue will be essential. You will act as a culinary consultant, advising chefs on the best ingredients to complement their menus, seasonal offerings, and specific culinary creations. Your expertise will help them elevate their dishes and delight their customers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant hospitality operations, field sales, or B2B business development, with a proven track record of success.
- • A strong, demonstrable understanding of how professional kitchens and the broader food industry operate, including common challenges and operational workflows.
- • Excellent consultative and selling skills, with the ability to actively listen, deeply understand client needs, and tailor solutions effectively in live, often fast-paced, conversations.
- • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German, coupled with professional working proficiency in English.
