📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at WebRezPro, part of Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will drive growth by specializing in new logo software and services sales within the Travel & Lodging Group, helping small and medium-sized businesses flourish through seamless software and payment solutions.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prospect potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media; conduct needs analysis and tailored software demos; build and maintain client relationships; negotiate contracts; manage sales pipelines in CRM; collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams; and provide forecasts and reports to leadership.
- • Fullsteam is a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology with over 1,900 employees, dedicated to empowering SMBs across industries with innovative solutions that delight customers and support business growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in hospitality technology sales, master complex sales cycles, refine consultative selling techniques, and achieve measurable impact by exceeding targets while growing professionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- • 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
- • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
- • Hotel Management experience a plus
- • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office
