📋 Description
- • Execute full-cycle sales process from prospecting through close and account management handoff for MRI’s Residential Living products, including Trusted Employees and Secure Sign software
- • Manage assigned territory targeting small-to-mid-market accounts within commercial or residential real estate sectors
- • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and demonstrate how MRI solutions deliver measurable ROI
- • Develop and maintain sales pipeline through both inbound leads and self-generated prospecting efforts
- • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while balancing client satisfaction and company profitability
- • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Ops, Order Management, Legal, Product, Services, Support, and Implementation to streamline deal execution and ensure client success
- • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver reliable weekly sales forecasts
- • Provide actionable feedback to Product and Marketing teams on client needs, competitive insights, and market trends
- • Leverage consultative selling techniques to position MRI’s SaaS solutions as essential tools for real estate and property management professionals
- • Focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth through proactive engagement with prospects in the real estate technology space
- • Work remotely across the United States with flexibility to operate in any time zone within the country
- • Engage with multi-stakeholder buying committees common in enterprise real estate technology purchasing cycles
- • Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track activities, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance
- • Align sales strategies with MRI’s mission to deliver game-changing real estate software that improves community living
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with preference for experience in the real estate or property management industry
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sales environments
- • Proficiency in consultative selling, solution mapping, and objection handling
- • Full understanding of sales methodology and CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred
- • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with high attention to detail
