- • As an Account Executive for ID Watchdog at Equifax, you will drive new business by targeting large employers with over 5,000 employees, positioning identity theft protection as a strategic solution for workforce productivity, cyber-risk mitigation, and financial wellness.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include outbound prospecting via multiple channels (including LinkedIn social selling), building broker referral pipelines, closing enterprise deals by shifting conversations from voluntary perks to organization-wide value, and developing data-driven territory plans using Equifax metadata and EWS connectivity.
- • You will diagnose client workforce challenges related to financial stress, retention, and recruitment, translate business needs into tailored solutions, and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline to maximize ACV and advance opportunities.
- • You’ll partner with internal teams to deliver a unified 'One Equifax' value proposition, leveraging thought leadership and internal resources to win and expand accounts in the employee benefits space.
- • The role sits within Equifax’s Sales and Account Management function, offering the chance to grow professionally in a mission-driven organization focused on protecting employees from identity fraud through innovative SaaS solutions.
- • You’ll have the opportunity to sharpen consultative sales skills, influence C-suite and HR decision-makers, and apply AI tools to enhance sales performance while contributing to employer-level savings and stronger cyber resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Employee Benefits, HR Tech, or financial wellness SaaS
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Proven ability to close senior HR/Benefits decision makers with compelling value propositions and impact-driven demos
- • Experience influencing broker referral networks and navigating RFP selection processes
- • Track record of using AI tools or LLMs to improve sales outcomes
- • Self-sourced lead generation with a consultative, C-suite-level engagement approach
