  • • Unity Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to drive Industry sales across a defined set of Named Accounts in the AMER region. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals, for Unity's cutting-edge Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. You will be instrumental in expanding Unity’s market presence, achieving ambitious revenue targets, and contributing significantly to the continued growth and success of the Industry Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess deep account management expertise, a proven ability to foster customer success, and a genuine passion for leveraging advanced technology to solve complex business challenges.
  • • As an Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and dynamic, focusing on strategic account management where you will develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven account plans designed to achieve and consistently exceed sales quotas within your assigned portfolio of Named Accounts in the AMER region. A core part of your role will be revenue generation, which involves meticulously managing the full sales cycle – from identifying new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline to skillfully negotiating terms and successfully closing Enterprise-level deals that deliver significant value to both Unity and our clients. You will also be deeply involved in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Solutions Engineers to craft compelling technical solutions, partnering with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction, and liaising with Legal and other internal departments to facilitate smooth and efficient deal closure and customer adoption processes. Cultivating and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key customer executives and business decision-makers will be paramount, ensuring you are seen as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique business challenges and pain points, and articulating with clarity and conviction the transformative value of Unity's solutions in driving their digital transformation initiatives and achieving their strategic objectives.
