- • UWorld is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic Nursing Sales team, based at our Dallas office. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about education and driven to achieve significant revenue growth within an assigned territory. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of introducing and expanding the reach of UWorld's industry-leading learning solutions for nursing students and professionals. You will be instrumental in helping aspiring nurses achieve their career goals and supporting experienced nurses in their continuous professional development through our innovative and effective educational tools.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities within your designated territory. This involves a deep understanding of the nursing education landscape, including curriculum needs, student success metrics, and the challenges faced by nursing programs and individual learners. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, from nursing school administrators and faculty to hospital education departments and individual nursing professionals seeking to advance their careers.
- • A significant part of your role will involve proactive outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual demonstrations. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. This requires a consultative sales approach, where you listen intently to client needs and articulate how UWorld's comprehensive question banks, performance analytics, and learning resources can provide tangible solutions and demonstrable value.
- • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients will be paramount. This includes providing exceptional post-sale support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our expanding suite of products.
- • Collaboration is key to success at UWorld. You will work closely with the marketing team to leverage lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. You will also collaborate with the product development and customer success teams to ensure our offerings continue to meet and exceed the evolving demands of the nursing education market. Your insights from the field will directly contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our products.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the nursing education market, including common licensing exams (e.g., NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN) and continuing education requirements. You should be adept at navigating complex sales environments and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various levels within educational institutions and healthcare organizations.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas, grow your territory's revenue, and contribute to UWorld's overall mission of improving learning outcomes.
