📋 Description
- • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and strategic account planning.
- • Develop and execute continuous, client-based communications strategies tailored to each account’s business objectives and industry context.
- • Consult and advise software users to ensure maximum utilization of CRM tools, provide training, and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
- • Manage critical needs analysis by identifying pain points, evaluating solution effectiveness, and recommending process optimizations.
- • Design value propositions and solution formulations aligned with customer goals and market differentiation.
- • Develop strategic account plans for existing customers targeting 3-5 year growth trajectories, including renewal strategies and expansion opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of sales experience, with preference for account management or quota-carrying roles.
- • Proven experience in customer account management, including quota-carrying responsibilities.
- • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- • Strong technological acumen and understanding of CRM applications, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including administration, customization, and reporting functionalities.
