  • • Own and grow a territory focused exclusively on insurance industry accounts, including P&C, life & annuities, health carriers, MGAs/MGUs, brokers, agencies, and TPAs.
  • • Manage a book of existing insurance customers to drive upsell, cross-sell, and net-new opportunities through proactive account expansion.
  • • Prospect and engage new insurance enterprise and mid-market accounts to expand the revenue base using outbound prospecting campaigns and strategic outreach.
  • • Build and execute customized account plans tailored to insurance operational workflows, including underwriting, claims, policy servicing, onboarding, and compliance.
  • • Lead the full-cycle sales process from initial discovery through negotiation and close, ensuring alignment with MEDDPICC qualification methodology.
  • • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with insurance stakeholders to identify pain points in manual workflows and position Intellistack’s no-code automation solutions as transformative.
  • • Translate workflow automation, document generation, eSignature, and AI-powered process optimization into measurable business value for insurance operations teams.
  • • Negotiate and close complex, high-value enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder decision-making cycles in the insurance sector.
  • • Leverage AI tools to enhance sales efficiency, improve prospecting accuracy, and accelerate deal progression across the pipeline.
  • • Utilize Salesforce to manage detailed deal execution, track pipeline health, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to insurance customers by demonstrating deep understanding of operational challenges in underwriting, claims processing, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer success for newly closed accounts in the insurance vertical.
  • • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets in a SaaS sales environment focused on insurance workflow automation.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging technologies impacting back-office operations.
  • • Represent Intellistack as a subject-matter expert in insurance technology sales, attending industry events and engaging with insurance IT and operations leadership.
  • • Align sales activities with company mission to simplify workflows and empower non-technical users within insurance organizations to build custom digital processes without code.
  • • Drive pipeline generation through targeted outreach, referrals, and strategic networking within the insurance ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • • 2+ years selling into the Insurance industry OR prior experience working within Insurance/InsureTech
  • • Proven track record exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise sales environments
  • • Experience selling workflow automation, document management, eSignature, no-code/low-code, AI, or operational software solutions
  • • Strong understanding of insurance operations and workflows
  • • Experience managing opportunities using MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce and utilization of AI tools to drive sales efficiency at scale

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Base salary of $100,000-$105,000 with On-Target Earnings of $200,000 - $210,000
  • • Remote work position based in the United States
