- • Serve as an Account Executive covering Israel for Semperis Ltd., driving both net new business development and expansion within existing enterprise accounts
- • Develop and execute territory strategies to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities across the Israeli market
- • Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting and by leveraging marketing-generated leads, managing all stages of the sales cycle from initial engagement to successful closure
- • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to assess business needs and align Semperis products and services to solve identity and cybersecurity challenges
- • Expand revenue within existing customers through cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring sustained growth and customer retention
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, including C-level and technical stakeholders, to establish trust and long-term partnerships
- • Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, customer success, and marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective deal execution
- • Develop and nurture relationships with regional channel partners to expand market reach and drive joint sales initiatives
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Semperis product offerings, pricing models, and competitive landscape to deliver informed, consultative sales advice
- • Participate in regional sales events, industry conferences, and client-facing activities as required to increase visibility and pipeline
- • Travel as necessary to meet with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across Israel and the broader EMEA region
- • Act with a Challenger mindset—engage customers with insight-led conversations, influence decision-making, and guide them toward validated solutions
- • Adhere to CRM processes and sales forecasting methodologies to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and revenue prediction
- • Operate within Semperis’ hybrid work model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work based on proximity to Tel Aviv office
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or identity sales
- • Proven experience selling into enterprise accounts with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas
- • Fluency in Hebrew and English
- • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related solutions is a plus
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise customers in the Israel/EMEA region
- • Experience working with and developing channel partners within the region
