  • • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead generation to closing deals, specifically targeting the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments within Israel. This requires a proactive and self-driven approach, coupled with a genuine passion for understanding and solving complex compensation challenges.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve identifying and approaching potential customers in the vibrant tech industry across your designated territory. This necessitates a deep dive into market trends, understanding the unique needs of each prospect, and effectively communicating how Ravio's solutions can address their specific pain points.

You will work closely with the wider Commercial team to develop a comprehensive understanding of compensation-related challenges faced by tech companies.   • • Furthermore, you will partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover of newly onboarded clients. Your involvement in understanding client needs from the outset will contribute significantly to their ongoing success and retention on the Ravio platform.

You will guide prospects through Ravio's suite of compensation products by first developing a thorough understanding of their business objectives and compensation strategies. This consultative selling method ensures that our solutions are tailored to meet their exact requirements.
  • • The role is specifically focused on managing smaller accounts, which means experience in a high-velocity sales environment where you are adept at closing multiple deals efficiently is highly desirable.
