You will also assist in forging strategic partnerships and leveraging sales channels where appropriate, expanding WellSky's reach and influence. A key aspect of your role will be to stay ahead of the curve by proactively identifying market trends, understanding governmental shifts, and analyzing competitor activities. This foresight will enable you to anticipate potential opportunities and threats, allowing you to pivot your selling strategies effectively and maintain a competitive edge. This includes gathering and understanding all relevant information pertaining to deal status, strategic alignment, budget cycles, key personnel, and the overarching sales strategy. Your ability to effectively navigate multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within government agencies, coupled with strong negotiation skills, will be paramount to securing favorable outcomes and contract agreements.
- • To ensure robust pipeline management and accurate forecasting, you will diligently track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects within Salesforce. This meticulous record-keeping will enable you to generate periodic reports upon request, detailing expected closures for any given fiscal quarter, comprehensive prospect lists, and other critical sales intelligence. Your performance will be directly tied to achieving quarterly goals set by WellSky, which will include targets for lead generation, pipeline development, and quota attainment. Beyond these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform other job duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's overall success.
