  • • Own full-cycle deal execution from first touch to signed contract with global enterprise and government buyers in regulated industries, including nuclear and energy regulation, labor compliance, government regulatory operations, and municipal permitting.
  • • Lead consultative discovery, solution scoping, and executive-level negotiations tailored to each buyer’s specific regulatory context and compliance needs.
  • • Build ROI-driven business cases that translate complex regulatory requirements into measurable business outcomes and cost savings for clients.
  • • Develop and iterate on scalable sales playbooks, sequences, and repeatable systems to accelerate deal velocity across multiple verticals.
  • • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and consistent pipeline velocity.
  • • Represent Labrynth at industry conferences, trade events, and in-person meetings with senior decision-makers in government and enterprise sectors.
  • • Sell into complex $250K to $1M+ ACV deal cycles with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals in regulated markets.
  • • Work independently to build pipeline from scratch and convert it into consistent revenue, leveraging outbound strategies and relationship-building.
  • • Collaborate with a high-performing sales team under the guidance of the Head of Sales to refine processes and share best practices across global verticals.
  • • Utilize advanced sales tools including Claude, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and ClickUp to enhance outreach, qualification, and workflow efficiency.
  • • Adapt sales approach to diverse regulatory environments across six global geographies, ensuring alignment with local compliance frameworks and procurement processes.
  • • Demonstrate fluency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • • Maintain a hunter mentality—proactively identifying prospects, initiating contact via phone, email, or in-person outreach, and overcoming resistance in highly bureaucratic environments.
  • • Contribute to the growth of Labrynth as the global regulatory infrastructure platform by aligning sales strategy with the company’s mission to remove regulatory bottlenecks to global growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience closing complex enterprise deals in the $250K to $1M+ ACV range within regulated industries
  • • Proven track record of selling into energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, govtech, permitting, or compliance markets
  • • Fluency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and strong technical selling skills
  • • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Claude, Slack, and ClickUp
  • • Ability to build pipeline from zero and consistently convert it into revenue in long, complex sales cycles
  • • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings, conferences, and client engagements
