📋 Description

  • Lead technical discovery and validation for DeepL Voice use cases including real-time meetings, live conversations, and API integrations, engaging directly with enterprise prospects such as contact centre leaders, IT architects, and CX stakeholders.
  • Validate the art of the possible through proof-of-concepts and conduct architecture reviews to support deal wins by demonstrating technical feasibility and value.
  • Advise on scalable, real-time voice AI architectures across the full stack: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, speech-to-speech real-time translation, and telephony/SIP/contact centre integrations.
  • Enable partners including BPOs and contact centre providers to deploy, integrate, and scale DeepL Voice solutions globally by building repeatable, low-risk implementation playbooks.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams, translating customer feedback on latency constraints, voice quality trade-offs, and integration gaps into structured product roadmap input.
  • Design end-to-end voice solutions that integrate seamlessly into disparate enterprise IT environments, ensuring compatibility with platforms like Genesys, NICE, Five9, and Amazon Connect.
  • Collaborate with global GTM, engineering, and product teams to align technical deployments with business objectives and customer needs across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in voice stack technologies including SIP/VoIP/IVR, WebSocket/API integrations, LLM-based conversational AI, and AWS Cloud Architecture.
  • Participate in customer-facing technical workshops and demonstrations to articulate the capabilities and limitations of DeepL Voice in production environments.
  • Contribute to the evolution of DeepL Voice’s solution framework by documenting best practices, architectural patterns, and integration standards for internal and partner use.
  • Support the global scaling of DeepL Voice by adapting technical solutions to regional compliance, telephony regulations, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Drive technical credibility with enterprise decision-makers by delivering clear, actionable insights grounded in real-world deployment experience.
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all technical recommendations prioritize reliability, low latency, and high-quality voice output in live environments.
  • Represent DeepL Voice in technical forums and partner ecosystems to expand adoption and influence industry standards for multilingual real-time communication.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales within enterprise or SaaS environments
  • Solid familiarity with the voice stack: SIP/VoIP/IVR, CCaaS Platform Architecture, contact centre platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect), speech-to-text, text-to-speech, speech-to-speech systems, LLM-based conversational AI, WebSocket/API Integration, AWS Cloud Architecture
  • A systems mindset with a passion for designing voice solutions by understanding how components integrate in complex, disparate IT environments
  • Strong enterprise instincts and ability to build technical credibility with contact centre leaders, IT architects, and CX teams
