📋 Description
- • Drive value delivery for current Gartner clients by ensuring they maximize the return on their investment in Gartner services
- • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with C-Level executives and their teams to understand mission-critical business and technology priorities
- • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling Gartner’s portfolio of research, advisory, and tools
- • Manage a territorial portfolio of Large Enterprise clients—either those with +$1B in annual revenue (End-User segment) or +$500M in annual revenue (Tech Vendor segment)
- • Own full-cycle sales processes for complex, high-revenue accounts within matrixed and diverse business environments
- • Develop and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning to meet defined sales metrics and KPIs
- • Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities to ensure consistent attainment of individual quota targets
- • Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to align client needs with available solutions and deliver tailored insights
- • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations remotely and in-person, with willingness to travel as needed
- • Leverage Gartner’s expert research, AI-driven insights, and industry analysis to position solutions and drive client outcomes
- • Operate within a hybrid work environment, combining virtual productivity with in-person collaboration when beneficial
- • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on client success and collective performance
- • Participate in world-class sales training and skill development programs to enhance consultative selling and executive engagement capabilities
- • Ensure alignment with Gartner’s mission to guide leaders shaping the world through objective, actionable business and technology insights
- • Demonstrate accountability for territory performance, revenue generation, and client retention across assigned accounts
- • Engage with clients across multiple industries and functions to understand unique organizational challenges and deliver relevant Gartner solutions
- • Utilize Gartner’s AI-powered resources and data to strengthen client advisory conversations and support strategic decision-making
- • Represent Gartner as a trusted advisor by providing objective guidance that helps clients navigate complex technology and business transformations
