- • As an Account Executive on the Wellness Team at WeTravel, you will drive growth by bringing retreat organizers and wellness travel businesses onto the platform, helping them streamline operations and scale their businesses in support of WeTravel’s mission to build the world’s leading operating system for group travel and multi-day experiences.
- • You will own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding, while focusing on understanding client needs and guiding them to see how WeTravel’s solutions can help their business thrive.
- • You will join a collaborative, fast-moving sales team that values autonomy, proactive initiative, and solution-oriented thinking, where you’ll spend most of your time prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads to move the needle.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative B2B sales within the wellness travel niche, strengthen your pipeline management and CRM skills using HubSpot, and contribute feedback to product and marketing teams based on real client conversations, enabling professional growth in a high-impact, international environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- • Experience managing or contributing to full sales cycles, preferably in B2B tech sales targeting SMBs
- • Comfort with high-volume outbound sales, especially phone-based outreach, and familiarity with consultative selling
- • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
- • Knowledge of or network within the retreat or wellness travel industry

- • Attractive compensation with uncapped commission; base salary of $20,000 USD with Year 1 OTE of $50,000 and Year 2 OTE of $80,000
