  • • As an Account Executive at Lavendo Inc., you will be a foundational member of the go-to-market team, directly responsible for building and scaling the sales engine for an AI-powered platform transforming the $200B+ patent industry. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of becoming a generational AI company targeting $1B+ in revenue by defining the commercial motion that turns product-market fit into a world-class GTM engine.
  • • Day to day, you will build and own the end-to-end GTM motion from lead generation through close and onboarding; network with IP leaders and key decision-makers at law firms and enterprise companies globally by attending conferences and events; conduct product demonstrations showcasing how AI transforms patent practice and educating prospects on the future of IP; negotiate and close enterprise deals while managing the full sales cycle; develop the sales playbook by documenting learnings to enable team scalability; provide direct feedback to AI PhDs, software developers, and patent attorneys on customer needs, product improvements, and new features; build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the IP ecosystem; and consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets to support the company’s path to $1B+ ARR.
  • • You will join a fast-growing, YC-backed AI company trusted by 400+ global IP teams — including AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments — that has raised $55M from world-class investors and is growing revenue 20-30% month-over-month, already profitable before Series A with eight-figure ARR and a team of under five salespeople achieving $15M+ ARR.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling complex technical SaaS solutions within the legal technology vertical, sharpen your enterprise sales and negotiation skills, gain direct exposure to cutting-edge AI and patent law through collaboration with world-class technical and legal experts, and build a scalable sales playbook that will shape the future of the company’s commercial organization — positioning you as a key architect of a generational AI company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record as a high-performing AE or sales professional at a startup or tech company
  • • Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market and enterprise companies in a technical or vertical niche
  • • Exceptionally clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • • Metrics-driven mindset, extreme work ethic, and high energy
  • • Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • • Technical undergraduate degree in a STEM subject (strong preference)
