- • As an Account Manager at Deliveroo in Milan, you will act as a strategic consultant for top restaurant brands in Italy, driving commercial growth through data-driven insights and relationship management within a fast-paced, global marketplace.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a high-impact portfolio of restaurant brands, analyzing partner metrics to identify growth opportunities, negotiating contract terms to improve supply quality and financial performance, executing portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, and taking ownership of your perimeter’s P&L by proactively identifying risks and uncovering new revenue streams.
- • You will join Deliveroo’s Commercial team, which sits at the heart of the company’s marketplace, shaping how the business serves restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. The team is driven by impact, innovation, and growth, and operates with autonomy and real responsibility in an entrepreneurial environment.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic account management, P&L oversight, data-led storytelling, and commercial negotiation, while building a career through continuous learning and exposure to global teams across DoorDash and Wolt following Deliveroo’s integration into the broader ecosystem.

- • Strong understanding of P&L management and ability to link operational metrics to financial outcomes
- • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure mutually beneficial terms with senior stakeholders
- • Natural ability to build rapport and influence partners, turning data into actionable business advice
- • Proficiency in using tools and applications to manage workflows and guide best practices across your portfolio
- • Fluency in English is a distinct advantage for collaborating with global teams
