- • As an Account Executive (m/w/d) for Arctic Wolf Networks in Berlin & Nordostdeutschland, you will drive new customer acquisition and expand market presence in a high-growth cybersecurity leader recognized by Forbes, Gartner, and IDC.
- • You will independently manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with prospects, consistently meet quarterly and annual quotas, and oversee 10–20 opportunities per quarter while collaborating with Sales Engineers, Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and SDR teams.
- • Arctic Wolf is a global cybersecurity innovator protecting over 7,000 customers worldwide, honored as a Leader in Managed Detection and Response by IDC MarketScape and a Customers’ Choice on Gartner Peer Insights, with a culture rooted in ownership, diversity, and mission-driven impact.
- • You will develop technical fluency in cybersecurity concepts, master advanced sales methodologies, grow your professional network through industry events and partner relationships, and gain equity and leadership experience in a fast-scaling, award-winning organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Mid-Market / SMB segment, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, storage, or related technology fields.
- • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas and closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- • Excellent communication skills and confident presence when engaging with customers and executive-level stakeholders.
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technologies to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and maintain customer data.
- • Nice-to-have: Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA advantageous.
- • Nice-to-have: Technical understanding to clearly explain cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences.
- • Nice-to-have: High self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
