- • As an Account Executive at Public Cloud Group, you will drive strategic Microsoft Cloud transformations at the C-level, focusing on enterprise sales and long-term partnerships rather than transactional deals.
- • You will acquire and develop enterprise and key accounts, sell scalable 'Hero Products' like AI Landingzones and Security Audits, and integrate them with Managed Cloud Operations to deliver holistic customer value.
- • You will collaborate across business areas—including Security, Data, and Multi-Cloud—to orchestrate cross-selling opportunities and maximize deal impact through a matrix approach.
- • You will manage your sales pipeline data-driven in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and close-date precision under a 'Clean Order Policy'.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to IT leaders, CIOs, and executives, building strategic, long-term partnerships based on business value and solution selling.
- • You will work within a growing, cloud-obsessed team of nearly 500 experts across 21 European locations, contributing to PCG’s DACH market expansion with autonomy and purpose.
- • You will enjoy full flexibility to work remotely anywhere in Germany, hybrid, or from offices in Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Ulm, Heidelberg, or Frankfurt.
- • You can take up to 30 days of Workation per year to combine work with travel and exploration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven, multi-year success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in Cloud, Managed Services, or complex IT solutions.
- • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Copilot) with the ability to think beyond technological boundaries.
- • Value-over-volume mindset: focused on solving customer problems and delivering real business value, not just fulfilling requirements.
- • Confidence to strategically say 'no' to deals that misalign with company direction, both externally and internally.
- • Strong team player who can motivate and align Pre-Sales Architects, Bid Managers, and Delivery Teams toward shared deal goals.
- • Fluent in German and English, with negotiation-level proficiency in both languages.
