• • As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and agencies. You will serve as a primary point of contact, expertly managing client project requests, setting clear expectations, and ensuring seamless campaign execution from inception to completion.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to supporting internal teams with day-to-day tasks and strategic projects, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. A key aspect of this role involves the meticulous management of media supplier relationships, working collaboratively with our media team to guarantee the smooth and successful delivery of all campaigns.
• • You will be entrusted with the critical task of tracking campaign start dates, overseeing the timely delivery and approval of all creative assets, and ensuring the accurate and prompt submission of Proof of Posting and comprehensive campaign reports. Furthermore, you will manage the crucial elements of campaign photography and videography, delivering post-campaign reports that encapsulate performance and insights.
• • This role demands a proactive approach to liaising with client leads, the Finance team, Client Managers, and Client Directors to swiftly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise, ensuring a frictionless client experience. You will be empowered to develop and nurture robust relationships with agencies, clients, and media owners, acting as a trusted advisor and a conduit for sharing knowledge and best practices across the wider team.
• • Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the OOH industry and its strategic nuances. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and effectively negotiate and close deals that align with client objectives and Billups' growth strategy.
• • You will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, translating them into effective OOH media solutions, and demonstrating the tangible value that Billups' innovative approach brings. This includes staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the OOH space to provide strategic counsel to clients.
• • The Account Executive will also be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and account management. You will be a key player in expanding Billups' footprint in the Malaysian market, contributing directly to our ambitious growth targets.
