- • Serve as the founding Sales Leader in Lexroom’s new Barcelona Sales Hub, responsible for building the office from the ground up including team culture, daily operations, and team rituals.
- • Recruit, onboard, and ramp a team of Italian-speaking Account Executives (AEs) using local talent pools, designing structured onboarding and productivity milestones to achieve rapid time-to-full-sell.
- • Own end-to-end SMB outbound revenue performance for the Barcelona region, including ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle length, ACV, discounting discipline, and forecast accuracy.
- • Lead and coach full-cycle AEs through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, live call coaching, deal strategy sessions, and individualized improvement plans; AEs handle cold outreach, multi-channel sequences, demos, and closing with individual lawyers and small law firms (average deal size €1.5k–€5k).
- • Execute and refine the SMB outbound operating system by adapting proven playbooks from the Milan office to the Barcelona context, including ICP segmentation, territory design, account/lead sourcing, and phone-email-LinkedIn cadences.
- • Maintain strict activity-to-outcome accountability across the team, ensuring measurable performance metrics are tracked and improved continuously.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to align campaigns and content, with Partnerships to leverage local channels and KOLs, and with Product to feed field insights into product development.
- • Personally engage in outbound sales activities including building prospecting sequences, making cold calls, and running call blocks to model best practices and provide hands-on coaching.
- • Act as the cultural anchor of the Barcelona office, embodying Lexroom’s values and driving team cohesion, motivation, and performance standards.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with local market norms while maintaining alignment with global sales standards and processes.
- • Translate Italian client feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing teams to enhance product-market fit in the Italian legal market.
- • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and sales forecasting discipline to support company-wide planning and reporting.
- • Drive consistent quota attainment across the Barcelona AE team through data-driven leadership, real-time coaching, and performance accountability.
- • Establish scalable sales processes that can be replicated in future international hubs while maintaining high conversion rates and low sales cycle friction.
- • Represent Lexroom in local legal tech and B2B SaaS networks to build brand presence and attract top-tier sales talent in Barcelona.
- • Balance autonomy with alignment: operate with independence as a founding leader while ensuring seamless integration with HQ in Milan and global sales strategy.
- • Maintain fluency in both Italian and English to effectively coach, communicate, and lead in a bilingual environment.
- • Be physically present in the Barcelona Sales Hub three days per week as part of a hybrid work model, with flexibility for remote work on the remaining days.
🎯 Requirements
- • Founding-manager mindset with experience building teams, routines, or offices from zero
- • Proven SMB outbound sales leadership in B2B SaaS with consistent quota attainment in €1k–€10k deal size environments
- • Hands-on outbound sales expertise: ability to build sequences, make cold calls, and coach by doing
- • Fluent in Italian and English (Italian required for client coaching; English for HQ and cross-functional communication)
- • Fluent in Spanish (native or C1+) and English
- • Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona for an on-site leadership role
