📋 Description

  • As a pivotal member of the Dexcom France team, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and success of our groundbreaking Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology across a designated territory.
  • This role is centered around building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including diabetologists, general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists, as well as key stakeholders within healthcare institutions and medical supply providers.
  • You will be responsible for expertly presenting the clinical and technical advantages of Dexcom's innovative CGM solutions, demonstrating how they can significantly improve patient outcomes and streamline diabetes management.
  • Your primary objective will be to develop and expand your assigned territory, which includes parts of the Somme, Seine Maritime, and Pas de Calais regions, ensuring Dexcom's presence and impact are maximized.
  • This involves a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, understanding the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape, and tailoring your strategies to meet those demands.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive support to healthcare facilities, which includes delivering in-depth training on the use and benefits of our CGM systems.
  • This support extends to offering high-quality technical assistance, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring a seamless integration of Dexcom's technology into clinical workflows.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to leverage performance indicators and market insights to adapt your commercial activities, optimize your sales approach, and achieve ambitious targets.
  • You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position Dexcom's offerings.
  • The role requires a significant amount of travel, exceeding 75% of your time, to engage with clients, attend medical conferences, and conduct site visits across your territory.
  • You will report directly to the Regional Director, collaborating closely with your peers to share best practices, contribute to regional strategies, and foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and enhance Dexcom's reputation as a leader in diabetes care technology.
