📋 Description

• As Head of Growth at Liven, you will own the journey from initial curiosity to first payment, architecting the story, psychology, and monetization logic that turns a curious click into a committed subscriber for a global self-observability ecosystem serving 2.5M users.
• You will lead end-to-end optimization of landing pages, quizzes, and checkout flows; design pricing strategies and offer logic; translate complex self-regulation science into high-converting narratives; build marketing automations for personalized experiences; and create experimentation infrastructure for high-velocity testing and global localization.
• You will join a mission-driven company passionate about helping people steer away from negative thoughts and behaviors through AI coaching, mood tracking, sound practices, bite-sized learning, online coaching, and supplements, fueled by a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
• You will have the autonomy to innovate with budget and clarity, directly influence unit economics and company trajectory, and grow professionally by building systems that define how millions first experience Liven while working with a performance-driven, mission-aligned team.
