- • As a Content & Creator Operations Specialist/Coordinator at Thatgamecompany, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying Sky: Children of the Light’s presence across Southeast Asia by managing localized TikTok accounts and nurturing a vibrant creator ecosystem. Your work will directly influence how the game resonates with regional audiences, driving engagement and brand affinity through culturally relevant, algorithm-savvy content strategies.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of localized TikTok content, including ideation, scriptwriting, filming coordination, publishing, and real-time community engagement. This involves monitoring comments, responding to trends, and ensuring all output aligns with Sky’s artistic tone and community values while adapting to platform-specific best practices.
- • A core part of your role will involve proactively scouting emerging creators across SEA who embody Sky’s spirit of connection and wonder. You will initiate outreach, assess fit, onboard talent, and support their integration into the creator program, helping to grow a diverse and authentic network of ambassadors.
- • You will lead trend analysis and UGC guidance by staying ahead of viral mechanics on short-video platforms, translating platform insights into actionable creative direction for creators. This includes identifying rising sounds, formats, and challenges that align with Sky’s aesthetic and coaching creators to produce high-quality, brand-safe content.
- • Using data analytics tools, you will regularly evaluate content performance—tracking metrics like views, engagement rate, follower growth, and shareability—to optimize posting schedules, content themes, and creator collaborations. Your insights will inform both tactical execution and broader regional strategy.
- • You will collaborate closely with global Marketing and Localization teams to ensure SEA campaigns are culturally resonant yet consistent with Sky’s global brand identity. This includes adapting assets, aligning messaging timelines, and providing regional feedback to improve global initiatives.
- • Working within a passionate, mission-driven team at Thatgamecompany, you’ll contribute to a culture that values creativity, emotional resonance, and player connection. The team operates with a blend of artistic vision and operational rigor, supporting innovative ways to deepen player engagement beyond the game itself.
- • In this role, you’ll develop expertise in platform-native content strategy, creator relationship management, and data-informed social media optimization—skills that are highly transferable across digital marketing, entertainment, and tech industries. You’ll also gain deep exposure to how a beloved indie game cultivates community at scale.
