  • • Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for transforming healthcare through data? Arcadia is seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Market Intelligence (Provider) to join our growing team. This fully remote role, based in the USA, is pivotal in expanding our reach within the provider healthcare market, specifically targeting Provider Groups, Health Systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
  • • As an Account Executive, you will be the primary driver of new business opportunities, responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and engagement through to closing deals. Your mission is to identify, connect with, and convert prospective clients into long-term partners, showcasing how Arcadia's Market Intelligence Solutions can revolutionize their operations and patient care.
  • • Success in this role is defined by a proactive and strategic approach to business development. Within your first three months, you'll immerse yourself in Arcadia's culture, understand our unique value proposition, and become proficient in our sales processes and solution functionalities. You'll build strong relationships with your teammates and stakeholders, actively participate in industry conferences, and begin cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • • By the six-month mark, you will have established yourself as a trusted and collaborative member of the team, demonstrating leadership in the contracting phase with prospective clients. You'll be on track to close your first significant deal and will possess the confidence and expertise to independently lead presentations and articulate the benefits of our solutions.
  • • Looking ahead to your first year, you will achieve full mastery of Arcadia's offerings, have successfully closed multiple deals, and be on pace to meet or exceed your sales quota. You will be recognized as a valuable contributor to the Account Executive team, embodying Arcadia's commitment to innovation and client success.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of business development activities. This includes conducting in-depth research using tools like Definitive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and expand your prospect list. You will initiate contact, conduct thorough qualification calls, and nurture relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be performing comprehensive needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and pain points of prospective clients. You will then articulate how Arcadia's Market Intelligence Solutions directly address these needs, demonstrating clear ROI and strategic value.
  • • You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, including the complex process of contract creation, legal review, and securing signatures, working closely with internal operations teams and key client executives.
  • • Furthermore, you will proactively identify and help resolve any potential challenges that could impact account retention, expansion, or the generation of valuable referrals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • • Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and purchasing decision-makers at target prospect organizations will be paramount to your success, driving both immediate sales and future growth opportunities.
  • • Internally, you will collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance, to ensure smooth deal progression and client satisfaction.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining documented pursuit plans for all active accounts and participating in regular account review meetings with the Director of Growth and line-of-business leaders to ensure strategic alignment and progress.
  • • Accurate financial forecasting is essential; you will provide reliable projections for opportunities in your pipeline to executive leadership.
  • • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate sales funnel within our system of record, Salesforce.com, is a key operational requirement.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to solving the healthcare crisis by facilitating the adoption of value-based care. You'll be working with a top-rated solution set, enjoying high visibility and significant impact within a rapidly growing, mission-driven company that is fundamentally changing how patients receive care. Arcadia fosters a flexible, remote-friendly culture with a strong sense of community and offers numerous employee-driven programs for personal and professional development. Join us and become part of the Arcadian and Barkadian community, making a real difference in healthcare.
