- • As a founding member of CodeRabbit’s Mid-Enterprise Sales team in Japan, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence in a high-potential market by owning named accounts and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in a fast-moving AI-driven SaaS environment.
- • You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, running proof-of-value (PoV) engagements, delivering high-impact demos tailored to both technical and business stakeholders, and closing complex six-figure deals while continuously nurturing and expanding accounts through land-and-expand strategies.
- • You will drive outbound pipeline creation in named mid-enterprise accounts, leveraging your technical curiosity to engage engineering leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps teams, and develop business value assessments that quantify ROI to strengthen your position as a trusted advisor.
- • You will become a deep product expert on CodeRabbit’s Gen AI-powered code review platform, understanding its technical ecosystem and value proposition thoroughly to articulate differentiation and support cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategy and playbook refinement.
- • You will partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine sales playbooks, improve GTM motion, and ensure seamless handoffs post-sale, contributing to a culture of collective intelligence and rapid iteration in a fearless, impact-driven environment.
- • You will grow professionally by mastering complex technical sales in an emerging AI category, developing expertise in value-based selling and multi-threaded deal management, and acquiring new skills in a fast-paced, learning-oriented culture that rewards persistence, ownership, and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company
- • Proven track record of generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals
- • Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps, etc.)
- • Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex products
- • Track record of multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling
- • Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset
