As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and expansion revenue within our target mid-market segment, typically encompassing companies with annual revenues ranging from approximately $10 million to $1 billion. This role is designed for a motivated and strategic sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses a proven track record of success in consultative selling.
- • In this hunter role, you will be responsible for executing the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospective clients through strategic prospecting and outbound outreach, to developing compelling proposals, skillfully negotiating terms, and ultimately closing deals. Your ability to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the mid-market segment will be crucial. You will leverage your strategic and creative thinking to analyze industry trends, understand customer needs, and translate these insights into tangible business results for both WorkWhile and our clients. This involves not just selling a product, but acting as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the operational and talent acquisition pain points of businesses and demonstrating how WorkWhile's innovative platform provides a superior solution.
- • A significant part of your success will depend on your ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. This will involve a proactive approach to lead generation through consistent outbound prospecting efforts, active participation in relevant trade shows and industry conferences, and strategic engagement with potential clients. You will be expected to conduct insightful discovery calls to thoroughly uncover client needs and pain points, deliver tailored and impactful product demonstrations that clearly articulate WorkWhile's unique value proposition and competitive differentiators, and effectively communicate how our solution addresses specific business challenges.
- • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers across various departments, including procurement, talent acquisition, operations, and finance, will be paramount. You will need to establish yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable resource, fostering trust and credibility. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new clients from onboarding through to long-term success. This collaborative approach is essential for delivering on WorkWhile's promise of exceptional service and support.
- • Accurate and timely reporting will also be a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for providing precise sales forecasts, detailed pipeline metrics, and regular updates on deal progression to sales leadership.
