As a Mid Market Account Executive at Tapcheck, you will be instrumental in generating qualified leads, expertly executing sales cycles, and cultivating robust customer relationships that serve as the bedrock for sustained, long-term business growth.
- • In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of concurrent sales opportunities, each presenting moderate levels of deal complexity and characterized by short-to-mid sales cycles. Your day-to-day activities will involve proactive and strategic outbound outreach to identify, engage, and qualify potential new customers. A key aspect of your role will be conducting compelling discovery calls and delivering persuasive product demonstrations that vividly articulate Tapcheck’s unique value proposition and highlight its tangible impact on customer operations and employee financial well-being.
- • You will be tasked with building and nurturing trusted, consultative relationships with key operational and HR leaders within mid-sized companies. This involves understanding their unique challenges, demonstrating how Tapcheck can solve them, and positioning our solution as an indispensable tool for employee retention and financial empowerment. Maintaining a meticulously organized sales pipeline and providing accurate, reliable sales forecasts using our CRM tools will be crucial for tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
- • The primary objective is to close deals efficiently and effectively, ensuring a strong mutual fit between the customer’s needs and Tapcheck’s capabilities, thereby guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term success. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients, supporting their onboarding journey and contributing to their ongoing retention and success with the Tapcheck platform.
- • Success in this role is defined by your consistent ability to meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets. This requires a proactive, results-oriented mindset, a strong sense of personal ownership over your territory and pipeline, and the agility to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is essential for maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
