- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Motus, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with prospective customers in the mid-market segment, helping them increase efficiency, boost employee satisfaction, mitigate risk, and realize cost savings through Motus’ vehicle reimbursement and driver risk mitigation solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage a full-cycle sales process including outbound outreach (cold calling, email, direct mail), uncovering customer needs, presenting product demos and financial analyses, negotiating and executing contracts, and maintaining detailed activity records in Salesforce.com while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas.

- • In this role, you will develop executive-level communication and presentation skills, master consultative selling to C-suite decision-makers, gain deep expertise in SaaS sales cycles, and position yourself for advancement into more complex sales roles with larger revenue accounts within the Motus sales organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience managing a full sales cycle within a software organization
- • Experience selling into Mid-Market accounts and meeting with C-suite buyers
- • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- • Superior communication and presentation skills
- • Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus)
- • Creative, tenacious approach to lead generation and a driven, outgoing, positive attitude
