- • As an Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business acquisition and achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth for Lexroom.ai. You will own the entire sales cycle, from the initial qualified meeting through to the final signature and seamless handover to the customer success team. A critical aspect of this role involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions with senior legal stakeholders, including General Counsel and Heads of Legal. These conversations will require a deep understanding of their existing workflows, identifying potential risks and constraints, and aligning Lexroom.ai's solutions with their strategic priorities. You will be adept at leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, which involves identifying and nurturing champions within client organizations, effectively engaging with various departments such as business, legal, IT, and procurement, and establishing clear, mutually agreed-upon action plans to guide the deal towards a successful close. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Business Development Representative (BDR) team to strategically prioritize target accounts and ensure a consistent and healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. To support the technical aspects of the sales process, you will partner with our Solutions Engineering team to design and execute successful pilot programs (POCs) and address any technical, security, or integration requirements that clients may have. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, maintaining a high degree of accuracy in your revenue forecasts through disciplined, data-driven management. Your role will also involve significant cross-functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams. You will act as a crucial conduit for structured feedback from the field, providing valuable insights that will influence product roadmap development and go-to-market strategies. A key element of your contribution will be the continuous improvement of our sales playbook; you will actively codify successful strategies, talk tracks, email sequences, and best practices to share with and elevate the performance of the wider sales team.
