- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Scrunch AI, you will play a pivotal role in selling our innovative solutions directly to fast-growing brands that are actively navigating this urgent and transformative shift in the marketing landscape. Your primary focus will be on helping these companies establish their presence and succeed in an AI-first discovery and search environment. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying position where you will own the entire sales cycle, from the initial conversation through to closing deals. You will be instrumental in working with marketing leaders at high-growth mid-market companies, guiding them through this new frontier.
- • This role is designed for an individual who excels in fast-paced sales cycles, possesses a meticulous approach to managing sales processes, and is eager to contribute to shaping a repeatable and scalable sales motion within a category that is still very much in its formative stages. You will be at the cutting edge of marketing technology, helping define best practices for the future.
- • Your core responsibilities will include owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts. This encompasses managing and closing inbound demand generated by our marketing efforts, as well as proactively driving targeted outbound prospecting into priority accounts to identify new opportunities. You will be expected to conduct thorough and insightful discovery calls to deeply understand each customer's unique goals, identify their specific pain points, and ascertain their key buying criteria.
- • A crucial part of your role will be to deliver compelling and persuasive product demonstrations, effectively positioning Scrunch not merely as a tool, but as a strategic imperative for their marketing success in the AI era. You will need to skillfully navigate complex organizational structures, engaging with multiple stakeholders across different departments such as Marketing, Growth, Digital, and Brand teams within customer organizations. Building strong relationships and understanding the diverse needs of these stakeholders will be key to your success.
- • Accurate forecasting and meticulous maintenance of pipeline hygiene within our CRM system are essential. You will be expected to provide reliable insights into your sales pipeline, enabling effective business planning and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams. This partnership is vital for refining our messaging, developing compelling sales collateral, and continuously improving our win rates by providing valuable market feedback and customer insights.
- • To excel in this role, you must stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in Artificial Intelligence, search technologies, and digital discovery. Bringing this knowledge and insight into your customer conversations will be a significant differentiator, allowing you to provide strategic guidance and position Scrunch as an indispensable partner.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for experience selling into the mid-market segment.
- • Proven track record of successfully closing deals ranging from $20k to $100k in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), particularly with marketing or growth-focused buyers.
- • Demonstrated strength in conducting effective discovery calls and a high level of comfort leading consultative sales conversations.
- • Experience managing multiple deals concurrently, each with varying timelines and complexities.
- • Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- • A high degree of ownership and accountability; a proactive mindset focused on achieving outcomes rather than just engaging in activities.
- • Innate curiosity and a strong bias toward continuous learning, especially concerning AI, marketing technologies, and emerging buyer behaviors.
