  • • Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for Lexroom’s AI product, leading deals from first qualified meeting through signature and handover to drive ARR growth.
  • • Conduct deep discovery conversations with senior legal stakeholders including General Counsel, Heads of Legal, and other key decision-makers to understand workflows, risks, constraints, and strategic priorities.
  • • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles by identifying and developing internal champions, engaging business, legal, IT, and procurement stakeholders, and driving mutual action plans to close deals.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to prioritize target accounts and ensure a consistent, high-quality flow of qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
  • • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design and execute technical pilots and proof-of-concepts (POCs), addressing integration, security, and compliance requirements specific to legal departments.
  • • Own and consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue targets with disciplined forecasting, leveraging data-driven rigor to ensure accuracy and transparency in pipeline reporting.
  • • Act as a bridge between field insights and internal teams, providing structured feedback to marketing, product, operations, and engineering to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Continuously refine and codify the sales playbook by turning successful tactics into repeatable templates, email sequences, talk tracks, and best practices for scaling the broader sales organization.
  • • Drive adoption of standardized sales processes while adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of enterprise legal clients across mid-market segments.
  • • Represent Lexroom at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements, consistently communicating the value proposition of AI-powered legal productivity tools.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal industry trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscape to strengthen positioning and client conversations.
  • • Contribute to building and shaping the sales culture within the Barcelona Sales Hub through active participation, mentorship, and collaboration with local team members.
  • • Travel occasionally to client sites, partner locations, and company events as needed to support deal progression and team alignment.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple active deals, stakeholder dynamics, and internal coordination tasks simultaneously.
  • • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment across all functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a high-growth tech environment, in a quota-carrying role
  • • Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona — this is an on-site office role
  • • Familiarity working within complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders across business, legal, IT and procurement
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English; Spanish is a plus
  • • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • • Proven ability to learn quickly, ask tough questions, seek feedback, and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks
