- • Build and execute laser-focused prospecting plans that map the entire mid-market lending ecosystem—credit unions, regional banks, marketplace lenders, fintech originators, and captive auto-finance arms—turning cold leads into multi-year revenue partnerships worth six- and seven-figure ARR.
- • Run weekly discovery calls that uncover the hidden cost of legacy payment rails: paper checks, ACH returns, and compliance gaps. You will translate those pains into crisp ROI narratives that show how PayNearMe’s cash, debit, and digital wallet solutions cut collection costs by up to 40 % and accelerate cash flow within 24 hours.
- • Cultivate a trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite, VP of Operations, and Head of Collections personas, becoming the go-to voice on payment innovation. You will host quarterly business reviews, co-create product road-maps, and surface upsell opportunities that deepen wallet share year after year.
- • Negotiate complex MSAs, DPAs, and revenue-share agreements while partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure every clause satisfies state lending regulations, CFPB guidelines, and network rules—turning redlines into signature-ready contracts in under 30 days.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch vertical-specific campaigns, craft battle cards that neutralize top three competitors, and deliver seamless onboarding that gets borrowers paying within 60 days of contract execution.
- • Maintain a hyper-organized pipeline in Salesforce, logging every call, email, and contract version so leadership can forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy and the team can replicate winning plays across territories.
- • Evangelize PayNearMe at industry conferences (Lend360, Auto Finance Summit), webinars, and trade-association panels, positioning yourself and the company as the definitive thought leader on compliant, consumer-friendly loan repayment.
- • Continuously refine your craft through weekly win/loss reviews, peer shadowing, and formal training on MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and Challenger Sale—turning raw activity data into repeatable best practices that elevate the entire sales organization.
- • Champion customer feedback loops that inform roadmap prioritization—whether it’s real-time payment posting, bilingual IVR flows, or enhanced PCI tokenization—ensuring the product evolves faster than the market and competitors struggle to keep up.
