- • As an Account Executive (MSSP) for the Central territory, you will be instrumental in driving Horizon3’s revenue growth by forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with MSSPs. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach and ensuring the widespread adoption of NodeZero within the MSSP ecosystem.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, and onboard new MSSP partners, thereby expanding our business portfolio and market penetration. This involves a proactive approach to market engagement and partner development.
- • You will collaborate closely with these MSSP partners to co-develop and launch innovative new services that leverage the capabilities of the Horizon3 NodeZero platform, creating unique value propositions for their end customers.
- • A key objective is to drive broad customer adoption of NodeZero through our MSSP channel, ensuring that our partners' clients benefit from continuous, autonomous security assessments.
- • You will play a critical role in assisting MSSPs to drive sales growth and acquire new customers by effectively integrating NodeZero into their service offerings.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet ambitious revenue and profitability goals, primarily through the generation of new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive joint business plans and sales strategies in close partnership with your MSSP accounts, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
- • Accurate forecasting and meticulous sales tracking are essential components of this role, requiring you to maintain detailed records and provide reliable pipeline management to meet quarterly sales objectives.
- • You will lead all aspects of MSSP partner engagements, overseeing daily operations, proactively addressing partner inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and productive working relationship.
- • Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with Horizon3’s engineering and marketing teams is crucial. You will act as a key liaison, identifying and facilitating the resolution of product-related issues, including those concerning quality, delivery, and design, to continuously improve our offerings.
- • Maintaining a high level of sales activity is paramount to consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline is essential for achieving sustained quarterly sales success.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the specific needs of MSSPs, enabling you to position NodeZero as a critical component of their service delivery.
- • You will be expected to articulate the value proposition of NodeZero compellingly, demonstrating how it enhances MSSP offerings and drives customer security outcomes.
- • The ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build trust with key stakeholders within MSSP organizations is fundamental to your success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven success in cybersecurity technology sales.
- • 3+ years of experience selling to or through Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
- • Demonstrated experience in developing joint services with MSSP partners that generate additional revenue streams.
- • Deep knowledge and established relationships with strategic MSSPs in the Central US territory.
- • Expertise in managing channel relationships and driving partner-led sales initiatives.
- • A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with proficiency in solution-selling or target-account-selling techniques.
- • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical challenges in the Networking and Security space from a business perspective.
- • Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities, with a proven track record in negotiating and closing deals within the designated territory.
- • Experience selling to executive-level decision-makers within MSSP organizations.
- • Proficient in presenting technical solutions and business concepts clearly through demonstrations and proposals.
- • Self-driven, capable of problem-solving and operating with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
- • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.

- • Competitive Base Salary and OTE: $200,000 - $220,000 OTE with a 60/40 split annually, with salary determined by location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
