- • Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for Hiya Connect in Germany, from pipeline generation through to closed deals
- • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in close partnership with SDRs and marketing teams to identify and convert qualified opportunities
- • Execute a structured outbound sales motion tailored to the German market, refining processes based on performance data and feedback
- • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and customized solution presentations to senior stakeholders in sales, operations, and customer experience functions
- • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets with accountability for individual performance metrics
- • Maintain precise and up-to-date forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and revenue projections
- • Engage cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to align on customer needs, feedback, and solution enhancements
- • Develop deep market expertise in German telecom and enterprise sectors to identify pain points around caller ID authentication and spam reduction
- • Position Hiya’s branded caller ID and verified voice solutions as essential tools for improving call answer rates and customer engagement
- • Navigate complex B2B buying cycles involving multiple decision-makers across large enterprises and telecom providers
- • Collaborate with regional partners including Samsung, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and O2 to align sales strategies and expand customer reach
- • Represent Hiya at industry events and through targeted outreach to new prospects in Germany
- • Leverage market insights to inform product feedback and go-to-market strategy development
- • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and documentation standards to support team scalability and reporting integrity
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with evolving product offerings and customer demands
- • Work hybrid model: three days per week in the Munich office, with remaining days remote
- • Travel within Germany is required for client meetings, demonstrations, and partner engagements
- • Report directly to the Sales Manager, Connect, with no direct reports but significant autonomy over territory management
- • Drive revenue growth in a market where up to 90% of unidentified outbound calls go unanswered, positioning Hiya as a critical solution
- • Contribute to building a culture of execution, accountability, and innovation within the German sales team
