  • • As the first Account Executive (Business Development Associate) based in New York City for iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the rapid expansion of the Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR) line of business in the US market. This is a front-line, quota-carrying position where you will directly contribute to the company’s growth by acquiring new customers and managing a high-velocity sales pipeline in one of the nation’s most dynamic business hubs.
  • • You will proactively prospect and engage with 30–40 new customers each month, maintaining a robust pipeline of 50+ opportunities while targeting C-suite and key decision-makers in Finance, Banking, and related sectors across the NYC metropolitan region. Your responsibilities include delivering compelling product presentations, structuring and negotiating deals, closing high-value transactions, and consistently sharing insights with both customers and internal teams to drive satisfaction and product improvement.
  • • You will join a growing Field Sales team alongside peers in Chicago, Boston, Charlotte, and Washington D.C., collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Inside Sales to execute regional sales strategies, participate in M&A Community events, and enhance Ideals’ visibility as a trusted leader in secure business collaboration.
  • • This role offers significant professional growth within a bootstrapped, high-potential SaaS company that has achieved 4x revenue scaling and projects 5x more growth over the next five years. You will develop expertise in enterprise sales, deal structuring, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to a product that powers over 10% of global M&A activity and is trusted by more than 2 million users across 300,000 companies worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1.5 – 2 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sectors
  • • Proven experience in high-velocity sales environments with a track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
  • • Exceptional business communication skills, including the ability to structure persuasive pitches and navigate complex client discovery processes
  • • Native-level proficiency in English and a university degree
