- • As an Account Executive - North Asia at ElevenLabs, you will be a founding member of the sales team in Singapore or Taiwan, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence and driving revenue growth across high-potential markets in Southeast Asia and Greater China. Your work will directly contribute to scaling ElevenLabs’ breakthrough voice AI technology by partnering with enterprises to unlock new monetization and engagement opportunities through conversational AI.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will: build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to support ElevenLabs’ revenue goals; identify and pursue new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ technology can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency; develop and maintain deep expertise in the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends; demonstrate or rapidly build expertise in voice and audio AI to articulate how ElevenLabs’ solutions deliver value in customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and similar applications; collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and provide market feedback; conduct tailored product demonstrations and technical workshops for stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives; negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM systems; and travel as needed to engage with clients and internal teams across the region.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Fluency in English and Chinese, with a deep understanding of business, cultural, and buying nuances across Southeast Asia and Greater China
- • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
- • Expertise or strong willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and how ElevenLabs’ solutions unlock value in customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants
- • Experience selling across multiple Asian markets, particularly Mandarin-speaking regions, is strongly preferred
