  • As an Account Executive for the North Central Region (CST/EST Timezones), you will be instrumental in driving our growth by managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients within your designated territory, leveraging a suite of sales tools to research and target companies that can benefit from Human Interest's innovative retirement solutions.
  • A key part of your role will involve building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to meet and exceed your sales targets.
  • You will become an expert in the Human Interest platform, capable of delivering compelling and informative demonstrations to prospective customers, clearly articulating the value proposition and how our solutions address their specific needs.
  • This role requires strong negotiation skills to finalize contracts and secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meticulous record-keeping is essential; you will be expected to accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within Salesforce.com, maintaining data integrity for reporting and analysis.
  • You will be expected to master and effectively utilize all sales technology and tools provided by Human Interest to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in your sales efforts.
  • This is a full-cycle sales role, meaning you will own the entire process from lead generation and qualification through to closing the deal.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a sales role, with a preference for experience in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Residing within the Central or Eastern time zones (CST/EST) in the United States.
