- • Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies to optimize revenue generation in the assigned Oregon market, exercising discretion in resource allocation and market prioritization.
- • Apply advanced expertise in K–12 educational marketplace dynamics, funding trends, and industry developments to make strategic decisions that directly impact territory performance and organizational sales strategy.
- • Exercise significant independent judgment in designing and executing customer engagement strategies, including pricing considerations, account prioritization, and resource deployment across the territory.
- • Leverage specialized knowledge of Amplify’s curriculum, assessment, and supplemental learning solutions to conduct consultative sales engagements, assess complex customer needs, and design customized educational technology solutions aligned with district goals.
- • Independently manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity progression, forecasting accuracy, and strategic account planning with authority to make decisions affecting multi-year revenue outcomes.
- • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders such as district administrators, curriculum directors, and school leaders across Oregon.
- • Conduct independent analysis of territory-specific trends, competitive landscape, and funding sources to generate strategic recommendations that influence broader organizational sales approaches.
- • Participate in company-wide strategic initiatives by contributing field insights to refine sales methodologies, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- • Manage all aspects of territory operations including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and compliance with internal sales processes that inform organizational decision-making.
- • Travel extensively (60–70%) within the Oregon territory and attend 3–4 regional or national sales meetings annually to support customer engagements and team alignment.
- • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills to effectively communicate value propositions, negotiate contracts, and present solutions to diverse educational stakeholders.
- • Maintain full ownership of territory performance metrics, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and organizational revenue objectives.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with curriculum, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of Amplify’s instructional systems in K–12 schools and districts.
- • Adhere to all company policies, including background checks and compliance requirements such as vaccination documentation or fingerprinting as mandated by state laws or district policies.
