- • Work full-cycle sales deals from initial demo to close, managing all stages of the sales process independently.
- • Research and identify prospective small and medium-sized businesses using prospecting tools to build a targeted pipeline.
- • Build, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent activity and follow-up to drive revenue growth.
- • Learn and demonstrate Human Interest’s retirement savings platform to prospective customers, clearly articulating its value proposition.
- • Negotiate and close contracts with new business clients, ensuring alignment with company terms and customer needs.
- • Accurately record and document all sales activities, communications, and pipeline updates in Salesforce.com.
- • Utilize a variety of sales technology tools to optimize efficiency, tracking, and performance across the sales cycle.
- • Focus on selling to small and medium-sized businesses with high-velocity sales cycles, adapting messaging to varying levels of industry knowledge.
- • Overcome objections by applying a solutions-oriented approach, helping prospects understand the concrete financial benefits of the product.
- • Maintain resilience and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, quickly recovering from setbacks and finding creative solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup
- • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quota
- • Experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
- • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
- • Must be located in Pacific or Mountain time zone
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
