- • Own the full sales cycle for inKind’s restaurant-financing platform in the Phoenix metro, from first cold call to signed partnership and beyond. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close multi-year revenue-share agreements with independent restaurateurs and emerging chef-driven concepts, consistently exceeding a monthly quota of 8–10 new signed partners.
- • Build and maintain a robust, data-driven pipeline of 150+ active opportunities in Salesforce, logging every touchpoint, objection, and buying signal so leadership can forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy. You will resurrect dormant leads, run A/B tests on messaging, and partner with Marketing to refine ICP criteria and campaign assets.
- • Become the go-to expert on inKind’s capital model—explaining how an upfront cash infusion in exchange for future dining credits lowers a restaurant’s cost of capital versus traditional loans or investors. You will tailor ROI decks, unit-economics spreadsheets, and sample marketing campaigns to each prospect’s cuisine, check average, and growth stage.
- • Collaborate daily with Underwriting to package deals for committee review: submitting P&Ls, sales mix reports, and site photos; defending assumptions; and iterating on term sheets until both risk and return thresholds are met.
- • Shepherd every new partner through a seamless 30-day launch sprint with the Onboarding Team—confirming POS integration, staff training dates, and grand-opening marketing credits—so restaurants start redeeming guest credits within week one and hit 90 % utilization by month three.
- • Cultivate a referral engine: turning satisfied chefs and owners into advocates who introduce you to their next three locations, private-equity groups, and local hospitality networks. You will host quarterly “inKind Insider” dinners to showcase success stories and capture warm introductions.
- • Monitor partner health post-launch via dashboards that track credit burn, guest frequency, and NPS; proactively surface at-risk accounts to Customer Success and propose upsell opportunities such as patio build-outs or second-concept financing.
- • Represent inKind at Phoenix food festivals, James Beard events, and Arizona Restaurant Association mixers—building brand awareness, collecting leads, and positioning inKind as the financing partner that actually understands hospitality.
- • Iterate relentlessly: logging competitive intel, pricing objections, and feature requests in a shared “Voice of Market” Slack channel so Product, Marketing, and Executive teams can adapt quickly in a fast-moving fintech landscape.
