- • Parafin is on a mission to empower small businesses by providing them with essential financial tools through the platforms they already use. We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing Platforms team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining our partnership strategy, influencing product development, and directly contributing to Parafin's hyper-growth trajectory. Reporting to the Head of Platforms, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Leadership teams to expand our partnership ecosystem and solidify Parafin's position as a leader in embedded fintech.
- • As a foundational member of the partnerships team, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging potential platform partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive awareness and adoption of Parafin's embedded financial solutions, which include fast and flexible funding, spend management, and savings tools. You will proactively identify target accounts, initiate outbound outreach, and expertly present Parafin's compelling value proposition to commercial and product leaders within these organizations.
- • This role encompasses the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing complex platform agreements. You will employ a consultative sales approach, deeply understanding the needs of potential partners and tailoring Parafin's solutions to meet those specific requirements. This involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, from business development managers to C-suite executives, and guiding them through the intricacies of integrating embedded financial services.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams to structure and execute both operational and strategic initiatives. This includes working hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integration for partners, and with our Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership and Legal counsel to finalize partnership agreements.
- • You will play a leading role in shaping and refining Parafin's Go-To-Market sales motion for platform partnerships. This involves establishing best practices, developing compelling sales collateral, and creating a gold standard experience for prospects throughout their sales journey. Your insights and feedback will be crucial in iterating on our sales processes and ensuring we are effectively communicating the unique benefits of embedded finance.
- • Developing a deep and nuanced understanding of Parafin's product suite and its underlying value proposition is paramount. You will become an expert in how our technology simplifies complex financial processes for small businesses and how this translates into tangible benefits for our platform partners and their end-users.
