- • The Account Executive - Primary Care, POC, Southeast is a field-based commercial sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through distribution partners while expanding the Point of Care (POC) footprint in Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and enabling channel partners, co-managing key accounts, developing joint business plans, conducting partner training, identifying new sales opportunities, supporting consultative selling, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- • The role operates within Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology with over 72,000 employees across 70 countries, dedicated to pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare through innovation, diversity, and a mission-driven culture.
- • The individual will develop expertise in medical device sales, channel partner management, strategic account planning, consultative selling, and healthcare market dynamics while contributing to revenue growth and building long-term partner and customer relationships in a high-impact, field-based sales role.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a related discipline
- • Minimum 5+ years of experience in diagnostic sales, medical device sales, or complex B2B sales, including channel/distribution sales experience
- • Demonstrated success managing and growing revenue through third-party partners
- • Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling)
- • Strong presentation, communication, and partner-influencing skills
- • Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel
