- • As an Account Executive for Private Equity at Junior Inc., you will be responsible for pioneering the company's entry into the high-value investment banking vertical, targeting enterprise deals worth $100k-$2M ACV with 6-12 month sales cycles. This role is critical to Junior’s growth strategy, as you will define the go-to-market motion for a new industry segment, directly contributing to the company’s goal of achieving £2-4M in new revenue in year one while working with top-tier global financial institutions.
- • You will hunt and close new logos across investment banks, build and execute detailed account plans by mapping stakeholders and quantifying opportunities, run discovery and demos with senior executives including CCOs, CTOs, and Heads of Technology, navigate complex enterprise procurement processes involving security reviews and data residency requirements, develop and deliver C-level value propositions and ROI frameworks tailored to banking workflows, shape the product roadmap by feeding client feedback to engineering teams, build and own the investment banking GTM motion including prospecting strategy and competitive positioning, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure post-close adoption and expansion.

The company builds LLM-powered tools that supercharge investment research for top private equity firms, Big 4 professional services, and leading consulting practices, having 10x’d revenue in 2025 and on track for 2-3x growth again this year, with clients saving an average of 10 hours per week using the platform.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling AI-driven workflow tools to sophisticated financial services clients, hone your ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, gain direct influence over product strategy through customer insights, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in elite investment banks, positioning you for long-term leadership in AI-enabled financial technology sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in investment banking at principal level or above with business development, commercial GTM, or partnership experience, OR a track record as an enterprise seller who has sold SaaS or information services (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, S&P Capital IQ) into investment banks at AE level or above
- • Demonstrated ability to own quota, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and close 7-figure deals in enterprise environments
- • Extreme hunger and drive for outbound prospecting, pipeline building from scratch, and closing new business, paired with deep vertical credibility that allows you to engage senior bankers as a peer
