  • • Own and grow a multi-state territory spanning Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, driving the adoption of Samsung’s premium ultrasound portfolio in radiology, interventional radiology, vascular labs and hospital imaging departments.
  • • Manage a complex sales cycle averaging $300K–$1M per transaction, orchestrating everything from initial clinical discovery through capital budget approval, contract negotiation and on-site implementation.
  • • Build and maintain C-suite, physician, materials-management and biomedical engineering relationships across academic medical centers, IDNs, imaging centers and private practices to create pull-through demand for Samsung ultrasound systems, transducers, software packages and service agreements.
  • • Deliver compelling clinical and economic value stories, leveraging outcome data, reimbursement trends and workflow efficiency metrics to differentiate Samsung against legacy competitors during board-level presentations and OR demonstrations.

  • • Maintain strict compliance with hospital credentialing, Joint Commission standards and radiation safety protocols, including dosimeter use when near x-ray equipment.
  • • Manage a disciplined travel schedule across four states, clustering appointments and demos to optimize face-time with key stakeholders while controlling territory expenses.
  • • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product management and marketing on feature gaps, competitive threats and emerging clinical trends that inform next-generation ultrasound development.
  • • Mentor and share best practices with junior reps and clinical specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance across the region.
